Elektra Papanikolaou
CO-FOUNDER
Elektra is one of the co-founders of The Care Shelf, and is pursuing a degree in Health Sciences at Western University. Elektra is deeply passionate about healthcare, with a specific focus and dedication to women’s health and advocacy. Elektra’s hobbies outside of academics include a love of cooking, staying active, and spending time in nature.
Dia Papanikolaou

Dia is one of the co-founders of The Care Shelf, and is an undergraduate student at Western University pursuing a degree in Medical Sciences. She is passionate about improving women’s wellbeing and strengthening support for women in the community. Outside of academics, she enjoys dancing, yoga, and spending time with family.
JONAH MOYAL
LONDON AMBASSADOR
Jonah is studying Medical Sciences at Western University and serves as The Care Shelf’s ambassador for London, Ontario. He is a valued member of the team, supporting outreach efforts and initiatives that provide essential care products to women affected by domestic violence. He enjoys hockey, football, and spending time with his friends.
MACKENZIE SMITH
KINGSTON AMBASSADOR
Mackenzie is studying Engineering at Queen’s University and serves as The Care Shelf’s ambassador for Kingston, Ontario. She is committed to raising awareness of the organization’s mission and helping expand its support for women experiencing difficult circumstances. In her free time, she enjoys playing hockey, going to the gym, and reading.

GUELPH AMBASSADOR
Mia is pursuing a co-op degree in Management at the University of Guelph and serves as The Care Shelf’s ambassador for Guelph, Ontario. She is passionate about women’s well-being and building stronger, more supportive communities. Her favourite activities include hockey, running, and spending time with friends.
SONIA LOGSETTY
MONTREAL AMBASSADOR
Sonia is studying Engineering at McGill University and serves as The Care Shelf’s ambassador for Montreal, Quebec. She is passionate about community engagement and helping make essential personal-care products more accessible to women affected by domestic violence. Her hobbies include DIY crafting, researching beauty industry trends, and baking.
